Returns & Replacements
Self Defense Products:
Whatever you purchase, examine it, try it, use it for a full 90 days. If for any reason you wish to return it, just ask and we will cheerfully refund your money. We guarantee all products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 90 days (unless manufacturer’s warranty is longer; please call) after sale to the customer. We will replace or repair the product(s) at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration.
Surveillance Products:
In order to qualify for a return, refund or an exchange please contact us. All refunds and exchanges must be preprocessed. Our quality control is a key ingredient to customer satisfaction and we test all of our products. Ultimately our client satisfaction is our priority.
Return Policy:
Special orders, including hidden cameras, surveillance equipment and other hi-tech products may NOT be canceled. Returns for product that is damaged in shipment* will be accepted ONLY after pre-authorization. All returns must be in original package. Replacement product, credits, or refunds will be made at our discretion.
*Returns other than shipping damage, made at our discretion, are subject to 20% restocking fee and shipping costs and are to be executed within (5) days of shipping receipt with authorization. DO NOT ship product without pre-authorization. No refund, credit, or exchange will be given for product shipped with out authorization.
Shipping instruction and authorization can be obtained from us only within five (5) business days of product receipt. CHARGES FOR SHIPPING & HANDLING ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Warranty: All Products are guaranteed to be defect free in material and workmanship for 90 days. Manufacturer’s warranty varies, please contact for specific warranty information per product. Provided no misuse or alteration to product has occurred we will replace or repair at our discretion.
